About This Course
This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to successfully integrate Generative AI-powered chatbots into their organization's service delivery. The course will equip learners with the expertise to review, build, optimise, and evaluate the efficacy of Large Language Models (LLM)-powered chatbots for their customer service operations. Learners will explore various no-code chatbot builders powered by popular Generative AI platforms and their strengths and limitations along with how to optimise chatbot performance. Additionally, they will learn about how to integrate these chatbots into existing platforms and technologies used by their organisations and evaluate the benefits and trade-offs of adopting such technologies in customer service.

- At least a GCE 'N' Level graduate or a Workplace Literacy Level 5 or higher
- At least one year of working experience in a role that uses computers at work
*Learners who do not meet the education qualification requirements but have at least 3 years of relevant working experience can be admitted on a case-by-case basis subject to approval by the Management Representative.
