About This Course

Digital transformation creates new or modifies existing business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements. This course is designed to equip learners with a good working knowledge for digital transformation in the workplace, with the focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

The course will also enhance participants' proficiency in RPA through a comprehensive attachment program. This program encompasses hands-on project work, personalised project consultations, and targeted training sessions.

This course is designed to empower participants with the ability to apply emerging technologies such as RPA to address real-world business challenges and be the Digital Champion in your organisation. Upon successful completion of this course, the participants will be able to:

• Articulate key IT emerging technologies such as RPA by describing its applications and benefits in various industries.
• Solve a domain-specific problem encountered in daily activities using Computational Thinking and programming skills.
• Implement RPA solutions with appropriate technologies such as AI to support business operations and solve business challenges.
• Apply appropriate software development lifecycle methodologies on the RPA industry project implementation.
