About This Course

This module builds towards the overaching SCTP and it helps learners to pick up Smart and Sustainable Facilities Management skills which are essential skills listed in the Facilities Management Job Transformation Map. These are essential skills to help the FM industry digitalisation and automation drives.

What You'll Learn

Learners will learn the principles behind the installation, operation and maintenance of facilities and buildings electrical services such as electricity supply and circuits. Learners will also learn about the deregulation of energy markets and its impact to the operation of electrical and communication systems.

Entry Requirements

The following GCE ‘O’ Level grades and with at least 1 year of working experience:
– English Language (Grade 1-7)
– Mathematics (Grade 1-6)
– Science (Grade 1-6)
OR NITEC with GPA >= 3.5
