Pei Hwa Secondary School is a government-aided autonomous school committed to nurturing students to be persons of character who are passionate about learning and have a heart to serve. The school provides a holistic education that balances academic rigour with character development. It offers an Applied Learning Programme (ALP) in STEM, with a focus on robotics and artificial intelligence, which cultivates innovation and problem-solving skills. Its Learning for Life Programme (LLP) is centred on community and youth leadership, empowering students to become empathetic and active contributors to society.

Re-established in 2005, Pei Hwa Secondary School was first founded in 1934 as Pei Hwa Public School.
