About This Course
This course will provide a platform and setting for practices in effective team developing. Participants can expect to gain increased self-awareness of their role in the team development process. Each participant will understand their role in the team development process, as well as how they can put systems and processes in place to enhance team working.

Entry Requirements
For this course, learners are assumed to:
- Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) 7 and Workplace Numeracy (WPN) 7
- Have had at least three (3) years of experience at managerial level. During which, learners have managed stakeholders at different levels and have a good understanding of the organisation’s strategic thrusts. They are also assumed to have influence in charting the organisation’s goals and direction. This also targets senior leaders of SMEs and/or rapidly growing start-ups
- Learners are expected to be 40 years and above, mostly having risen through the ranks and have gained relevant experience in managing people at the organisational level. They are assumed to be technically and functionally competent in their job roles
