About This Course
(a) Describe the IIBA approach to Business Analysis as defined in the BABOK® Guide
(b) Explain the business analysis areas of knowledge, their associated activities and the tasks and skills necessary to be effective in their execution
(c) Apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques from the six Knowledge Areas defined in the BABOK® Guide
(d) Identify trainees strengths and weaknesses in each area of the CBAP® syllabus, to help trainees to revise effectively and increase their chances of passing the CBAP® exam (e) Recognize exactly what to expect, and how to handle the different question-types, in the CBAP® exam
What You'll Learn
The course will cover in detail about the six Knowledge Areas plus Underlying Competencies defined in the IIBA® global standard ‘A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge’ (BABOK® Guide), and receive detailed test-taking tips and study strategies to help to pass the CBAP® exam.
Entry Requirements
- GCE A Level or Workplace literacy and numeracy level 5 & above or equivalent for those with no formal qualifications
- Target Age Group: 25 & above
- Min. 3 years of work experience in PM and/or BA or 3,750 hours in PM and/or BA work
