Apply Project Management Competencies
About This Course
At the end of the 3-day course, participants are able to apply a structured approach and project management competencies described in the Individual Competency Baseline Version 4 (ICB4) published by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
The course has been designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge, skills and techniques, and gain insights into project management from initiating through project closeout, with the aim of increasing project success.
The course focuses on the practice competencies (methods, tools and techniques) and some aspects of the people competencies (personal and interpersonal).
The course is relevant to individuals who need to lead and manage projects, participate as a team member/project stakeholder, groom to assume the project manager role, or individuals who desire to navigate their career laterally or vertically in the sector career pathway.
Upon completion of this course, participants can consider the Enhanced Project Management Competencies course for a comprehensive coverage on all project management competencies (a total of twenty-eight project management) described in the ICB4.
