About This Course
Program to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to enhance the performance of individuals by using coaching techniques and skills to close performance gaps. Participants will be able to recognise the role of a coach, prepare and use a coaching plan, demonstrate the effective use of coaching techniques, and monitor the progress of individuals for performance improvements.
