Design Thinking Fundamentals
About This Course
The intent is to create a new pool of workforce who takes on human-centred approaches in designing work processes and tasks for their own department/team.
What You'll Learn
2. Apply design thinking methodologies to define design problems and generate new ideas for the or-ganisation
3. Apply human centred thinking approaches to discover opportunities for applying design thinking across the organisation
4. Generate value propositions for a persona that are aligned with the design challenge
5. Plan and strategise the implementation plan for prototyping stage
6. Present and communicate the design outcomes and process for design ideas
Entry Requirements
They are assumed to:
1. Hold (or have held) positions of Managers capacity / role for at least 6 months over the last 3 years
2. Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
3. Be able to read, write and speak in English (WLPN Level 5 and above)
Knowledge:
4. Be able to explain business operations and its difficulties in a company
Skills:
5. Be able to conduct conversations to collect information
6. Be able to plan, implement and manage projects at the workplace
During the course application, applicants who do not fully meet the entry requirements, will be subject to a counselling session with the customer service executive and will be rejected from the course registration.
