What You'll Learn

The training is targeted at sales and marketing managers who are involved in, or lead teams in business negotiations. In this course, learners will acquire knowledge to negotiate effectively to maximise outcomes for organisations. In addition to effective negotiations, learners will acquire skills to think win-win and foster long-term beneficial relationships with stakeholders. Learners will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to support the negotiation capabilities of their teams.

• Literacy and numeracy capabilities equivalent to level 6 and above as stated in the ES WSQ framework
• Diploma or degree qualification
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Full-time employment and supported by the employer
