About This Course
Singapore has become the center of exchange and commerce, but this also makes us vulnerable to cyber threats and attacks. As cyber-security does not respect jurisdiction, these threats has becoming real and has become a global phenomenon.
Current Performance Gaps
• Fail to provide relevant inputs on cyber-security incidents.
• Able to identify root cause incidents but fail to follow up and resolve the situation.
• Zero or little knowledge on how to escalate incident.
Learning Outcomes
1. Develop a benchmark that triggers incident alerts triggers to relevant stakeholder.
2. Develop a holistic view of incidents by integrating and analysing cyber information, key insights and impact.
3. Manage the containment of cyber incidents by applying incident remediation solutions and strategies.
4. Lead recovery of cyber incidents and minimize any possible risks.
5. Establish and drive mitigation and prevention processes and policies.

Entry Requirements
Minimal education qualification is GCE ‘N’ Level.
Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
At least 1 year working experience in the IT sector.
Admission consideration may be given on a case by case basis to learners who may not meet the above entry requirements but has extensive and relevant working experiences.
