About This Course
In this course, Learners will be able to:
LO1: Explain the dimensions of diversity, key concepts of relevant to workplace diversity, and the potential benefits of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
LO2: Evaluate best practices in diversity and inclusion management by conducting research on industry codes, guidelines, and organizational policies to assess their effectiveness in fostering an inclusive workplace.
LO3: Conduct a basic diversity assessment of their workplace and present findings in a report.
LO4: Develop a detailed plan for implementing a diversity and inclusion programme.
LO5: Create a communication plan for a D&I initiative, specifying the target audience, communication channels, and key messages.
LO6: Advise employees on effectively addressing diversity-related challenges by applying supportive strategies, practices, and policies while considering legal and ethical implications.
LO7: Evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs by gathering and analyzing feedback, measuring outcomes.

Entry Requirements
The Minimum Entry Requirements to ensure that learners can cope with the course as well as benefitting from peer learning through interaction are as follows:
• Minimum ‘N’ Level and be able to read, listen, speak and write English or at a proficiency level of the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ WPLN Level 5).
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Age between 25 to 70 years old
