About This Course
5G is a service-oriented cloud-native architecture providing different kinds of services with different requirements to support various industry sectors. Network function virtualization (NFV), software defined networking (SDN), edge computing and cloud computing are the key enablers of 5G networks. This course will introduce participants to 5G core networks with the concepts, architectures, standards, enabling technologies, services, and applications.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to
• Learn the architectural design and key functional elements in 5G core
• Learn various network functions and interactions in providing connectivity and services
• Learn the concepts in mobility and session management
