Performance Gaps/Needs:
Upon their completion of this Module, learners would be able to execute some tasks in their domain that otherwise seemed difficult or unattainable for them. Learners need to understand what customer service entails. They will also understand how to identify customers’ needs and techniques to connect with them. It will be difficult to satisfy customers when you are not connected to them. At present, the targeted learners are oblivious of the right ways to carry out the aforementioned roles. This is why it is indispensable to train them on how to professionally conduct themselves as customer service officers in a 21st-century dynamic setting. When learners are made to function as customer service agents without the prerequisite skills, the integrity and fortunes of such a company is at stake. This is why this course is designed to fill the performance gap.

Performance Gap Closed
Upon the completion of the course, the above-stated performance gap would have been closed. Every learner will understand what ideal customer service relations entail. The trainers will take them through both the theoretical and practical dimensions of the course. This is to make the discourse encompassing and interesting. Learners who had no understanding of how to connect with clients and build positive relationships for business growth will learn the simple strategies to do that upon the completion of the course. Entry Requirements

• Ability to listen & speak in English at Employability Skills System (ESS) Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) level 3 or 4.
• Ability to read & write in English at Employability Skills System (ESS) Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) level 3 or 4.
• Must be Singaporean, Permanent Resident (PR) or Foreign Workers
• Educational Qualification: Primary Level for Singaporeans, SPM for Malaysians and Other Foreign Workers will be accessed based on their education.
• Learning Attitude with keenness to learn
• Minimum 6 months Front Line experience.
• Good performer in present role and shows intend to learn and upgrade.
