What You'll Learn
This module provides an understanding of the business environment that airline companies operate in, as well as the knowledge and analytical skills to examine management and operational functions unique to the airline industry. The airline industry today is constantly changing. As such, the aviation industry requires future leaders to be well-versed in current and emerging management practices, with the versatility to adapt to market trends and developments. Students will not only be able to understand how an airline business is managed from a broad perspective, but also apply the concepts and theories taught to daily issues and trends.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should have a relevant (Engineering or Hospitality) diploma or degree. Applicants should preferably also have at least two years of relevant working experience.
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least five years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test.
