This course will close these performance gaps by equipping the learners with the following skills and knowledge. These performance gaps are identified in consultation with stakeholders who are manpower and training consultants and have been advising their clients to upskill their staff:
Gap 1: Learners have little or no experience in using TikTok to create brand awareness for their organisation.
Gap 2: Learners have little or no experience in tracking comments, reviews, and feedback on TikTok
Gap 3: Learners have little or no experience in refining their TikTok brand campaign performance

Such training is necessary because social media has become an essential component of every marketing strategy, with the benefits of using social media including increased traffic and sales at a low cost. In today's business, social media marketing is a low-cost resource. As a result, social media marketing has become an important component of marketing success, and many marketers see the platform as a potential source of business growth. Some of these professionals, however, are unsure of which strategies to employ in order to be effective.
We observed Singaporeans spent an average of 16.3 hours per month on TikTok with 74% increase year on year change (https://wearesocial.com/sg/blog/2022/02/digital-2022/). This shows that TikTok is an upcoming platform and very suitable for businesses to use to build their brand.
Entry Requirements
- Secondary school Level OR able to communicate and understand English with minimum proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy Level 6, and numeracy proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 6
