About This Course
Trainees will be able to gain knowledge of key digital channels and develop strategic objectives based on business needs. This will be a step up from executive level where knowledge and application is restricted to limited platforms. This proposed course will be able to upskill the individual to take on managerial role.
LO 1: Identify advantages, constraints and interactivity of various marketing channels, technologies, and tools
LO 2 : Determine key elements of a marketing strategy based on organisational requirements and use them to create marketing objectives for various marketing channels
LO 3: Determine the impact of different digital marketing platforms and their suitability of different channels, platforms, technology and tools to be utilised for marketing activities and programs for various products and services.
LO 4: Select marketing channels mix with a defined marketing plan that fulfils the expectations of target markets.
LO 5: Appraise digital marketing programs that are best suited for the business product/service offerings.
LO 6: Identify the various performance indicators of each digital marketing channel.
LO 7: Evaluate customer response and sales performance to determine the effectiveness of each marketing channel and the impact on overall business performance.
LO 8: Monitor key elements and considerations of marketing channel mix against overall sales performance
LO 9: Recommend steps to integrate traditional and digital marketing approaches to achieve sustainable online presence
What You'll Learn
You will learn how to set up and run successful Google Ads and Facebook campaigns to meet your advertising goals, remarketing to maintain top-of-mind (brand and product) awareness, and more importantly, how to measure and maximize results to improve your return on investment across various advertising channels.
Entry Requirements
Participants should preferably possess the following skills:
1. Speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5.
2. Basic IT knowledge such as using laptop and managing documents.
3. Navigate Internet using web browsers and using Google or Facebook.
Participants should preferably be above 18 years old.
Learners who are not able to fulfil basic literacy requirements for the program will be advised to register for the WSQ Work Place Literacy (WPL) Program.
