About This Course

This course aims to provide learners with the insights and knowledge to conduct the operations of the wellness facility. The skills and knowledge aspects will cover a variety of topics such as customer services, marketing technology, revenue management, performing treatments, and wellness consultations.

This course also comprises of three professional certificates issued by Republic Polytechnic, where each certificate will provide the core knowledge of skills in the different job roles:
1. Professional Certificate in Wellness Programming and Consultation
2. Professional Certificate in Spa and Wellness Operations
3. Professional Certificate in Wellness Therapy and Practice (recognised by Police Licensing and Regulatory department to work in a Massage Establishment)
