What You'll Learn
This 5-day entrepreneurship bootcamp is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the entrepreneurial process, from ideation and validation to growth and scaling. By the end of the bootcamp, participants will have the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and launch their own successful businesses.
Day 1: Ideation and Validation
• Introduction to entrepreneurship and the ideation process
• Identifying and assessing potential business ideas
• Conducting market research and analysing customer needs
• Developing and testing a minimum viable product (MVP)
Day 2: Business Models and Planning
• Understanding business models and revenue streams
• Creating a business plan and setting SMART goals
• Conducting financial analysis and projections
• Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for success
• Developing a marketing and sales strategy
Day 3: Branding and Marketing
• Creating a brand identity and messaging
• Building a digital marketing strategy
• Utilizing social media and other marketing channels
• Developing and implementing a content marketing strategy
• Conducting customer acquisition and retention campaigns
Day 4: Legal and Financial Considerations
• Understanding legal and regulatory requirements for businesses
• Choosing a legal structure and registering a business
• Managing finances and cash flow
• Securing funding and investment
• Managing risks and protecting intellectual property
Day 5: Pitching, Growth and Scaling
• Pitching and presenting ideas for feedback
