This course is specially designed to help SME embark on the use of digital research solutions to gain consumer insights such as product concepts, user experience, digital marketing insights, consumer behaviour and marketing campaign effectiveness. This course is suited for SMEs and individual business owner from the property, insurance and financial sector, and businesses operating from home.
This course provides participants with a hands-on experience digital research tools such Qualtrics, Tableau, SPSS, eye-tracker, online survey, unstructured text analysis and online Focus Group. It aims to help companies such as SME gain consumer insights through adopting tech-based research solutions. This applied learning workshop has two phases:
1. Part 1 comprises a 2-days facilitated learning session on the used cases sharing, hand-on learning on a selected digital research technology (such as Qualtrics, Tableau, SPSS, eye-tracker, online survey, unstructured text analysis and/or online Focus Group) available to gain consumer insights.
2. Part 2 focuses on project implementation and facilitation. A project team with 1-4 participants will be formed to conduct a real project, with mentors assigned to project groups. There will be four ½ day project facilitation sessions for this purpose.
