What You'll Learn

With the increase demand in the digital space, businesses are undergoing the pressure in bringing the consumer engagement into the digital domain. This course is designed for small and medium business owners who are planning to leverage on the power of social media to expand their business from offline to online.

The program consists of a 2 days classroom training, coupled with one and a half day of consultancy work which a consulting advisor attached to the participants to address a real social media case relating to their business needs.

During the 2 days training, participants will be introduced to the suite of social media platforms including Youtube, Instagram , Linkedin , Tik Tok and more . Participants will understand the functionality, insights and strategies of reaching out to the consumers through these platforms to increase their reach, engagement, conversion and sales.
