About This Course
By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
• LO1. Review and select the social media platforms to focus on in their organization’s social media marketing activities
• LO2. Prepare a brand-specific social media plan and content strategy to effectively engage the target audience
• LO3. Set up and maintain their organization’s social media accounts in accordance with their brand guidelines
• LO4. Build a content plan to guide content creation, management and delivery in accordance with relevant regulations
• LO5. Create creative and impactful textual and visual content aligned to the central story in the social media and content plan
• LO6. Deliver the content via their social media accounts and networks of collaborators and influencers
• LO7. Respond effectively to comments, shares, inquiries, feedback, and complaints on social media
• LO8. Review audience feedback and apply relevant changes to social media content
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Entry Requirements
- 1 year working experience in any sector;
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 4 or equivalent; and
- Proficient with the use of an Apple/Windows laptops or a smartphone.
Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail and/or customer-facing roles, subject to the MR’s approval.
