About This Course
In this immersive 2-day course, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of ecommerce from start to finish. They will begin with an introduction to ecommerce, exploring its history, definition, and key concepts. Participants will then dive into various ecommerce business models, learning about B2C, B2B, C2C, and D2C models. Practical guidance will be provided on setting up an ecommerce store, including domain registration, hosting, platform selection, and store design. Product and inventory management strategies will be covered, along with insights into different ecommerce platforms. Participants will explore effective marketing channels, website optimization techniques, and customer service best practices. The course also delves into crucial aspects such as payment gateways, security, analytics, and legal considerations. Emerging trends and technologies, including AI tools for ecommerce, will be highlighted. Entry Requirements
● 21 years and above
● Possess minimally a ‘O’ Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
● Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5
● Minimum 1 year of working experience
