About This Course

完成职前培训,拿到大专证书,不代表就此停下学习、成长的脚步。幼儿教育工作者对幼儿的生活有重大影响,并在教学中需要使用许多才能和技能。同时,随着社会的进步、科技的发展,教师更应该继续学习、与时俱进。教师需要清楚地了解自己的角色和职责,评价自己表现的连续性和确定专业成长的需求。本单元侧重于幼儿教师的专业成长和继续教育,帮助学员了解目前新加坡幼儿培育署(ECDA)对教师专业发展的计划;在职教育(CPD)的整体框架,包括要求、目标、评估和晋升渠道。体会到个人专业和职业发展的重要性及目标,并在教育工作中以积极的态度应对目前的工作,同时顾及到自己的不断成长和进步。为成为一个具有自我价值感、对工作有热情、对成为更优秀教师有期盼的教师做好充分准备。

 能分析并反思教师的专业要求;教学实践中进行自我监督、评价,积极寻找建设性反馈
 明确学校内外的监督和管理体系,寻求和应用适当的教育建议,并进行反思以改进教学;在教学开始前设立行动计划,以提高教学;在监督和支持下,采取行动获得发展机会,以提升个人知识和实践能力;通过监督和支持,不断的获得个人和专业发展的需求信息;根据各方面要求,及时的保持记录个人和专业发展信息
 与同事分享从正式的专业发展活动中获得的信息,明确培训和专业发展需求,并设立自我学习目标;明确个人学习风格;评估培训资源,以确定它们是否满足专业发展需要。

Entry Requirements

Local Qualifications
• 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits, including a credit at least C6 in CL1* OR
• 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits and Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives*
Foreign Qualifications
• 10 years of formal education in Chinese and passed state exam with credits in 5 different subjects including a credit at least a C6* in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives* OR
• 10 years of formal education not in Chinese and passed state exam with credits in 5 different subjects and at least a B4 in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives* OR
• Degree with Chinese as medium of instruction from state recognized university+ OR
• Degree not in Chinese as the medium of instruction from state-recognized university+ and at least a B4 in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives*
