About This Course

学前教育中心是婴幼儿(2 个月到 6 岁)生活和学习的地方,中心环境除了要满足婴幼儿生活所需的一切条件之外,也必须包涵幼儿游戏、学习所需的环境和材料。游戏是婴幼儿学习的基本方式,为婴幼儿创设良好的游戏学习环境,就是在创设良好的学习环境。为婴幼儿设计和布置适宜他们成长发展和学习的环境,支持婴幼儿课程学习,在良好的环境中实施符合教育原理的各种活动,不仅可以促进婴幼儿身体的健康,而且也能促进婴幼儿的认知、社会性发展和个性的形成。
同时,适宜的课堂组织,能够帮助教师运用自身专业能力,支持在集体教养环境中的婴幼儿获得有效的学习和发展。新加坡的学前课程体制反映了对课堂管理与组织的重视,其中包括通过与同事合作、采用观察文件技术、课堂管理策略与方法等,建立与组织符合学前幼儿需求的课堂(班级)。
物理环境和人文环境是环境创设中两个互相促进、互相支持的要素,缺一不可,相得益彰。本课程主要帮助学员认识到环境创设的重要性、多元性和年龄差异性,同时如何配合环境进行课堂组织、班级管理,实现教育目的大达成。

 带领和指导,如何有效发展积极的沟通策略,促进课堂的管理与组织
 了解不同年龄层班级整体发展,组织适宜的课堂

Entry Requirements

Local Qualifications
• 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits, including a credit at least C6 in CL1* OR
• 5 GCE ‘O’ Level credits and Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives*
Foreign Qualifications
• 10 years of formal education in Chinese and passed state exam with credits in 5 different subjects including a credit at least a C6* in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives* OR
• 10 years of formal education not in Chinese and passed state exam with credits in 5 different subjects and at least a B4 in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives* OR
• Degree with Chinese as medium of instruction from state recognized university+ OR
• Degree not in Chinese as the medium of instruction from state-recognized university+ and at least a B4 in GCE ‘O’ level CL1 or Chinese Language Acceptable Alternatives*
