About This Course
Working collaboratively with others brings many advantages. It builds effective teams in working together in accomplishing tasks, implementing new ideas, solving problems and generates greater energy and interest. This module also applies to the organisation's professional personnel working with other professionals to establish and maintain a collaborative work environment for achieving workplace outcomes.
The module will help students to develop the ability to collaborate with colleagues to establish and maintain collaborative and trusting relationships. It includes working together as a team through the use of effective interpersonal and communication skills and valuing one another’s suggestions and ideas.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have:
* 5 GCE ‘O’ level credits including a grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ level English Language OR Any English Language Acceptable Alternatives
OR
* 10 years of formal education in English as a medium of instruction and passed state exam with credits in 5 different subjects OR required to pass English Language
OR
* Degree with English as medium of instruction from state recognised university OR required to pass English Language Acceptable Alternatives
