About This Course
Effective teams support the achievement of common goals for improving the quality of care and educational services. When staff and the centre’s leader function well as a team, they are respectful and supportive of each other. Positive staff and the centre leader’s relationships and collaboration are crucial in achieving the centre’s mission and vision, creating an environment where children feel safe, secure and happy. Teamwork is also essential for building positive relationships with families and stakeholders. This module explores the roles and responsibility of self in relation to colleagues within the organisation and with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have:
a. 3 GCE ‘O’ level credits including a grade C6 in GCE ‘O’ level English Language OR Any English Language Acceptable Alternatives
OR
b. 10 years of formal education and passed state exam with credits in 3 different subjects including a credit at least C6 in EL1 or any English Language Acceptable Alternatives
