About This Course
This practical course will develop the essentials basic skill competency for the participants to perform the Aerospace Composite Repair with usage of typical Hot Bonder and post repair inspection.
On completion of the course, participants will have the basic knowledge and application skills using appropriate tools, equipment, materials and methods.
What You'll Learn
This practical course is designed to introduce Aerospace Composites Repair with usage of typical Hot Bonder. The course will covers types of damage, evaluation and repair in accordance with Aircraft Structural Repair Manual (SRM). The course offers both theory(approximately 20%) and practical knowledge(approximately 80%) and it is delivered in two day in the form of lab work and industry-application hands-on practices on composite structures. It includes approximately 2-hr theory facilitation and 11-hr practical work. The assessment will be based on the end product produced by participants at the end of the course.
