Market research techniques, competitive analysis, legal and regulatory requirements in franchising in different markets, and methods for marketing the franchise concept, such as the participant in franchise shows to promote the franchise, will be covered to help grow the franchise network. This course aims to equip business owners and managers in franchisee recruitment and market entry for commercialisation and internationalisation. It is designed to cater to learners from various backgrounds and industries, ranging from start-ups and small enterprises to established companies, as well as anyone interested in adopting a more holistic approach to business expansion.
Learners should have at least a diploma or equivalent educational qualifications, and be able to listen to, speak, read and write English and use numeracy skills at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 4.
