Advanced Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance - Aircraft Avionics
About This Course
This course is aligned with Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) SAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licensing requirements that provide the essential basic knowledge necessary for Cat B1 (Mechanical) and Cat B2 (Avionics) trainee aircraft engineers to obtain his or her licenses. The Avionics part of the Advanced Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance, comprises CAAS SAR-66 Module 1 (Mathematics), Module 2 (Physics), Module 3 (Electrical Fundamentals), Module 4 (Electronic Fundamentals), and Module 5 (Digital Techniques/Electronic Instrument Systems), which will provide trainees with the essential basic knowledge in aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
This course is 1 of the 4 modules that will stack to an Advanced Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance, with a Certificate of Recognition (COR), recognized by CAAS, issued for the completion of the CAAS SAR-66 Modules 1 to 10 (Category B1 and B2).
