Entry Requirements
● 21 years and above
● Able to listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
● Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5
● Possess basic computer literacy, including navigating a personal computer operating system and internet skills.
Should the learners do not possess the required skills and knowledge, they will be invited for an interview by the Training Administrator / Training & Ops Manager (via in person, audio / video call) and advised on suitable courses that they could undertake to improve their ability to fit into this course.
