About This Course
This SCTP aims to meet the requirements of diverse businesses that utilise Immersive Media (IM) and technology to design and offer immersive experiences to their customers.
An immersive experience is an engaging and entrancing experience for a customer in a physical space or a digital sphere. It is a narrative that is designed to educate, entertain or convey a message. It is typically created by using one or more Immersive Media (IM) such as 360 media content, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), mixed reality (MR) and Virtual Production Workflow and Technologies.
What You'll Learn
1. Produce engaging immersive media experiences for Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality and Mixed Reality by integrating 360° media, 3D models and sound elements.
2. Apply storytelling methodologies and techniques to narrate with purpose and focus.
3. Utilise immersive media to support the design of engaging and interactive experiences in physical and digital formats.
4. Create immersive experiences that tell engaging stories, facilitate learning experiences, and support placemaking and events.
