About This Course

This course aims to equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research.

In qualitative research, learners will cover the different phases of qualitative research process: discussion guide design, focus group discussion dynamics and qualitative analysis.

In quantitative research, learners will be equipped with market research techniques such as: sampling and data collection methods, questionnaire design, data preparation and analysis.

Learners can apply these skills to gain consumer insights, and use analytics to make improved business decisions.
