At the end of the module, the participants
1. will be able to identify key characteristics of work processes that are suitable for digitalization, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy. They will understand the fundamentals of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), the typical workflow of an RPA project, and how to select workplace tasks that benefit most from RPA. Additionally, participants will be familiar with data analytics workflows, learning to derive actionable insights from existing data, and will grasp the basics of machine learning (ML), differentiating between supervised and unsupervised learning while identifying potential ML applications in their work. They will also understand the pros and cons of cloud-based solutions and assess opportunities for their implementation in business processes.
2. will have a solid understanding of customer journey mapping and its impact on enhancing customer experiences. They will be able to assess and examine the various elements of a customer journey map, allowing them to track and improve customer interactions. Finally, they will create customer journey maps that help identify touchpoints and optimize the customer experience, increasing satisfaction and engagement.
3. will understand the principles behind generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and the critical role prompt engineering plays in guiding AI performance. They will learn to craft well-structured prompts that improve the quality of AI-generated content, applying this knowledge to various AI applications. Participants will also develop skills to assess and refine prompts to enhance AI creativity and ensure optimal outcomes in AI-driven projects, using advanced techniques to innovate and inspire through AI model performance.
