About This Course
Immersive Placemaking and Events equips learners with the skills and knowledge to plan an immersive experience to better engage audiences. The module also explores how storytelling can be leveraged in the conceptualisation of symbiotic community-based designs for public spaces and site-specific events.
Through this module, learners will be able to apply immersive storytelling design principles and processes in order to conceptualise immersive experiences that engage targeted audiences. They will also be equipped with the necessary skills to integrate scenic and multimedia into these designs. The knowledge and skills acquired in this module will allow learners to propose, conceptualise and evaluate engaging public spaces and events.
