About This Course
This WSQ Master the Art of Business Negotiation course is designed to empower professionals with essential negotiation skills for achieving career success. Participants will learn to identify negotiation outcomes, understand the context, and prepare background information effectively. The course also covers diverse negotiation styles, including social and cultural considerations, to help learners plan strategically and meet their objectives in any negotiation scenario.
Learners will apply various negotiation techniques, from opening offers to closing deals, while developing skills such as empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to navigate complex negotiations, achieve desired outcomes, and evaluate their performance for continuous improvement.
What You'll Learn
LO1 - Learners will be able to identify negotiation outcomes, context of negotiation and prepare relevant background information for negotiation.
LO2 - Learners will be able to apply negotiation techniques during negotiation and record negotiations for evaluation after negotiation.
Entry Requirements
• Minimum a NITEC certification or min. 2 years of work experience in any sector
• WPL Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores)
• Proficient in using computers and smartphone
* Learners who do not qualify in terms of education but have at least one year of relevant work experience may be admitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the Management Representative (MR).
