About This Course
This course empowers leaders and managers to identify early indicators of conflicts and minimize their impact through effective conflict resolution strategies. You will learn to assess conflict situations, identify causes, and develop negotiation and communication skills to handle conflicts sensitively. The course also focuses on coaching team members to resolve conflicts and reviewing the effectiveness of applied strategies to prevent future occurrences.
Participants will gain expertise in analyzing team conflicts, selecting the best resolution approaches, and ensuring organizational policies and procedures are adhered to while resolving disputes. Learn to evaluate the effectiveness of conflict resolution techniques and take proactive steps to prevent conflict recurrence, aligning with both legal and ethical considerations.

Entry Requirements
• Minimum a NITEC certification or min. 2 years of work experience in any sector
• WPL Level 5 (Average of Reading, Listening, Speaking & Writing Scores)
• Proficient in using computers and smartphone
* Learners who do not qualify in terms of education but have at least one year of relevant work experience may be admitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the Management Representative (MR).
