About This Course
This module seeks to equip leaders and managers with the knowledge, attitudes and skills to embrace best practices in building relationships in the organization by facilitating a culture of open communication, inclusion and embracing workforce diversity.
Learners will also be trained in people reading and relationship skills, social and cultural adaptability, conflict management, team building and managing diversity, to turn barriers into bridges and build a cohesive team and harmonious environment at work.

Entry Requirements
The entry requirements are as follow:
1. A minimum of 3 years working experience
2. At least 1 year at the mentoring, supervisory or managerial level in leading and managing teams
3. Good spoken and written English communication skills
Education Level:
4. 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English OR
5. Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5 OR
6. Higher Nitec in a relevant industry
The assumed skills, knowledge and attitudes for this programme are:
1. Good analytical and communication skills
2. Good digital literacy skills with word processing and presentation tools
3. Deep domain expertise and industry knowledge
4. Basic knowledge and skills in the use of Zoom Video Conferencing Platform (for e-Assessment)
Applicants not meeting the minimum education requirements will be considered if these three criteria are met:
1. Minimum 5 years working experience of which 3 years are in mentoring/supervisory position.
2. Good spoken and written English
3. Well-articulated career plan
