About This Course
This module seeks to equip leaders and managers with the knowledge and skills to foster best practices in talent management within the organisation, identify current and future skills requirements, implement personal learning and development for workers and conduct performance coaching at the workplace. It also seeks to imbue learners with the following attributes: strategic, people developer, and results oriented.

Entry Requirements
The entry requirements are as follow:
• A minimum of 3 years working experience
• At least 1 year at the mentoring, supervisory or managerial level in leading and managing teams
• Spoken and written English communication skills
o Pass in GCE ‘O’ Level English OR
o Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
• Education Level:
o 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English OR
o Higher Nitec in a relevant industry
• Access to laptop/tablet meeting the minimum system requirements of Zoom Video Conferencing Platform for online assessment via Zoom
Applicants not meeting the minimum education requirements will be considered if these three criteria are met:
1. Minimum 5 years working experience of which at least 3 years are in mentoring/supervisory position.
2. Good spoken and written English evidenced in interview and Personal Statement.
3. Good motivation and well-articulated career plan
