- Learners will understand the data framework and requirements for effective HR analytics, and also the available tools and programming languages to support Talent Management.
- Learners will understand the processes and steps of relevant data collection for effective HR analytics for Talent Management.
- Learners are able to identify the relevant statistical concepts and models to perform HR/ Talent analytics.
- Learners are able to use analytics findings for reports, presentation, interpretation and deriving insights to support Talent Management related decisions.

What You'll Learn

Companies today operate in a data-driven economy, it is important to be able to turn data into information and information into insight. This will enable the organisation to be more involved in decision-making on a strategic level, such as measuring impact of talent management. Ultimately, these would enable HR to make changes to key HR areas e.g. talent management based on the insights gained. This course is relevant to HR professionals who need to be equipped with the skills to successfully lead the digital transformation of HR in the areas of talent management and ensure that their organization will not be left behind.

Entry Requirements

Learners are assumed to be able to:
• Work with privacy and confidentiality considerations that govern all human resource transactions
• Listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) level 6
• Read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to the ES WSQ WPL level 6
• Manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) level 6
