- Learners will understand the data framework and requirements for effective HR analytics, and also the available tools and programming languages to support Talent Management.
- Learners will understand the processes and steps of relevant data collection for effective HR analytics for Talent Management.
- Learners are able to identify the relevant statistical concepts and models to perform HR/ Talent analytics.
- Learners are able to use analytics findings for reports, presentation, interpretation and deriving insights to support Talent Management related decisions.
