About This Course
This course seeks to enable participants to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and techniques to prepare and make delicious and beautiful artisan breads to a satisfactory standard. Participants will be able to apply what they have learnt at various workplaces such as hotels, bakeries, cafes and other food establishments.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
• Age: Minimum 21 years old and above
• Trainees must have at least Primary level with ability to understand and write basic English and/or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) score: Level 4 for Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing and Numeracy
• Recommended for trainees to have at least 1 year of working experience in the food services industry or 2 years in the non-food services industry.
• Recommended to have attended Basic Breads or Café Style Bread module prior to registering for the Beautiful Artisan Breads course
