About This Course
This course emphasizes the importance of delivering service excellence based on the diverse range of customers and their corresponding needs and expectations. Learners become effective in delivering quality customer service when they apply competently the different methods to exceed customer expectations and escalate feedback for improvement while probing for customer’s requirements using effective communication skills.
The course is designed to include all essential skills and competencies in this area of expertise. SOQ incorporates practical learning including demonstration and hands-on practice with focus of enabling learners competently demonstrate the competencies in the workplace within the beauty & wellness environment.
What You'll Learn
With competencies in escalating feedback in a timely and constructive manner, learners are able to meet the customer’s requirements and expectations with tact and diplomacy, turning complaints into compliments etc.
Entry Requirements
The entry requirement is:
• Aged 21 years and above.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in beauty care industry.
Those without experience will be counselled and advised by SOQ to look for jobs in the beauty care industry and work to gain experience for at least a year before taking up the course. Otherwise the knowledge cannot be applied.
• Have knowledge about beauty care products such as cosmetics, skin care and beauty treatments.
• Minimum education level of Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 or equivalent.
Those who do not meet educational, literacy and numeracy requirement will be counselled and advised that they may not be able to follow the content, keep up with training, cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the programme
