What You'll Learn

Inbound Marketing helps companies drive more qualified leads and increase customer loyalty with a customer-focused content marketing strategy. In this course, you'll be given an overview of inbound techniques to help you launch or improve upon your inbound marketing strategy. The course will introduce you to inbound marketing, provide an overview of inbound techniques, and demonstrate how to apply inbound concepts and strategies to create customer loyalty. Why use inbound? Inbound is a fundamental shift in the way you do business. Instead of push and interrupt tactics that focus on what the marketer or salesperson wants to sell, inbound is about creating customer value. Instead of hearing from your company, customers want to get answers by exploring what your company has created for them. What your customers want today is different than what they wanted 10 years ago—and it will continue to change as technology changes what makes an impact on decision-making. So, wondering what you’ll learn? The course includes an introductory lecture that provides a high-level overview of the entire inbound methodology and process, followed by lessons that drill down into each stage of the inbound methodology. The process is Attract, Convert, Close, and Delight—an analogy that represents the entire sales funnel. Within each lesson are specific tactics that you can apply in your business to help it grow.

Entry Requirements

Aged 21 and above
Have basic computer literacy Level 2
Have minimum GCE “N”, “O” or “A” Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification and minimum 2 years of working experience;
Have an understanding and working knowledge of sales and marketing principles/practices and
Have an English language proficiency equivalent of higher of any of the following - GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet based total) 46-59.
The entry requirements will be checked at the point of learner registration (for the course) to assess if the learner satisfies the 5 requirements. Only learners who satisfy the requirements will be enrolled.

Those who do not possess the requirements (as stated above) would be counselled and advised on suitable courses that they could undertake to meet the entry requirement of this course.
