About This Course
This course provides Singapore public officers working with volunteers a structured approach to better understand their volunteers' needs, plan the use of volunteers in view of their agencies' overarching strategies, and implement their volunteering programmes more effectively. Increasingly, the Singapore public sector emphasises the involvement of volunteers for their various programmes, in addition to their Corporate social responsibility (CSR) endeavours. This course comes timely for public officers who are managing volunteers and looking to deliver on positive social outcomes through their volunteers.
