At the end of the programme, learners will be able to:
• Demonstrate a good understanding of basic food hygiene policies.
• Apply the correct basic knife skills technique
• Prepare and serve basic Asian Cold desserts
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the foundational tools and equipment, ingredients and techniques involved in the baking process of cakes, muffins and tarts.

What You'll Learn

This programme is designed to provide keen learners with a good understanding of the foundational skills and competencies required for the pastry and baking industry.
