About This Course
At the end of the programme, learners will be able to:

• Apply the correct basic knife skills technique
• Prepare and serve basic Asian Cold desserts
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the foundational tools and equipment, ingredients and techniques involved in the baking process of cakes, muffins and tarts.
