Enhanced Project Management Competencies
About This Course
This course is for individuals who have foundation project management knowledge and/or project management work experience in scope, time, cost, resource, communication, stakeholders, and risk management. The course aims to enhance/advance the individual’s project management competencies described in the Individual Competency Baseline Version 4 (ICB4) published by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
At the end of the 4-day course, participants are able to apply three (3) competence areas described in the ICB4 with the aim to increase project success:
- Apply perspective competencies (context)
- Apply practice competencies (methods, tools and techniques)
- Apply people competencies (personal and interpersonal)
The course is relevant to individuals who need to lead and manage projects, participate as a team member/project stakeholder, groom to assume the project manager role, or individuals who desire to navigate their career laterally or vertically in the sector career pathway.

Entry Requirements
o Target age group: 18 years & above
o Prerequisite skills and knowledge: Participant to meet one or more of the following: (a) Attended project management foundation course or equivalent (b) 1 year of PM work experience & above
o Required years of experience in relevant domain: 1-3 years of working experience
