About This Course
This course is designed to help traditional brick and mortar businesses, budding ecommerce businesses and content creators to curate, update and manager their organisation’s marketing mix to effectively engage their target customers through various social media platforms. Beyond covering various digital marketing concepts and marketing campaign management know-how, the course will cover specifically how to adjust their marketing mix to leverage what their chosen social media platform and/or online shop has to offer.
What You'll Learn
- LO1. Evaluate the different elements of their current marketing mix in relation to the business practices of the organisation
- LO2. Review and select the marketing mix suited for different social media platform
- LO3. Curate the marketing mix used on the platform to ensure that organisational, strategic and operational marketing objectives and desired positioning are met
- LO4. Apply different tools and methods to monitor and assess their social media marketing mix against set objectives
- LO5. Analyse and determine the performance of their social marketing mix through stakeholders engagement
Entry Requirements
Entry Requirements
- 2 years working experience in a retail-related or supervisory position;
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 5 or equivalent;
- At least 1 GCE N Level pass; and
- Proficient with the use of an Apple/Windows laptop and a smartphone.
*Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 4 years of relevant working experience in retail-related and/or supervisory roles, subject to the MR’s approval.
