About This Course

This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Food Services Sector. This course aims to impart customer skills and knowledge to new and existing staff. They will develop the abilities to create a positive customer experience by establishing customer service standards and implement corrective actions to improve service delivery gaps.
