At the end of the course, learners will
LO1: Establish and nurture professional relationships within own’s network to enhance knowledge sharing, create networking opportunities, and engage in collaborative initiatives that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes, while ensuring alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and legal and ethical considerations.
LO2: Manage expectations by communicating team roles and purposes, align-ing focus and performance, and establishing clear processes that pro-mote collaboration and shared decision-making while addressing com-munication barriers at organizational, team, and individual levels.
LO3: Create an inclusive and cohesive team environment by leveraging work-force diversity and promoting collaboration.
