Brand Management Programme (Synchronous E-Learning)
About This Course
The Brand Management Programme is a hands-on training programme especially suited for managers who need the skills in order to successfully fulfil their roles in their own organisations. All case studies are real-life examples and learners can pick up lessons in the market that their organisations are part of. It is because of this that the assessments can be rather tough and the learning time consuming to juggle between working and attending classes. We expect learners who may have other commitments catching up with them to drop out, but such incidences would likely be rare and spontaneous. Therefore we conservatively estimate an average attrition rate of 5%, or 1 person per full class of 20. We also expect learners to potentially make mistakes during assessment, possibly due to unfamiliarity with assessment stress, or over-confidence leading to carelessness, even if our trainers may remind to read questions and answer carefully. With this reason, not all learners will be able to pass the course, and we estimate a passing rate of 95%, as the majority of learners will be able to grasp the concepts if they follow the course closely.
